Common questions

What's the difference between A-Class and Tourist Class?

Both tours follow the exact same itinerary, same guide, same coach, same sites. The difference is hotels and dinners. A-Class uses 4-star hotels (Amalia chain or equivalent — well-known to anyone who's traveled in Greece) with upgraded dinners. Tourist Class uses 3-star central hotels with standard dinners. €235 difference per person.

Why does the tour start on Mondays only?

This itinerary runs once per week from Athens because the multi-day group tours follow a coordinated schedule across operators. Monday departure means returning Friday afternoon — perfect for a 1-week Greece trip with a weekend in Athens to start or end. We can also arrange private departures any day at higher cost.

Is this safe for solo travelers?

Absolutely. Group sizes are typically 15-30 with the same guide and driver throughout. Many guests are solo travelers. Single supplement (€154) gives you your own room. We've seen long friendships form on these tours — five days of shared meals does that.

What about kids?

Children 4-12 get 50% off the adult rate. Children 1-3 are free. Children under 5 might struggle with the long drive days — we usually recommend the 4-day version (skip Olympia) for families with young kids.

How much walking is involved?

Moderate. Each archaeological site has 1-2 hours of walking on uneven stone — comfortable shoes essential. Meteora has some climbs to monasteries (steps, not steep). Most days have 4-5 hours of driving and 3-4 hours of walking. This is not a strenuous tour but it's not a relaxation tour either.

Is single supplement always €154?

Yes for A-Class, €112 for Tourist Class. Single supplement covers the cost of you having a room to yourself instead of sharing. If you're traveling solo and don't mind sharing with another solo traveler of the same gender, we can sometimes pair you up to skip the supplement entirely.

What's the cancellation policy?

30+ days before: 25% retained. 16-30 days: 75% retained. 8-15 days: 75%. 0-7 days or no-show: 100%. Travel insurance with cancellation cover is strongly recommended for multi-day bookings — we can recommend providers if needed.

How do I pay?

30% deposit via secure card link to confirm the booking. Balance is due 30 days before departure (or full payment up front, your choice). For groups of 6+ we can arrange wire transfer for the balance.

Five days. One country. The whole story.

One message. One personal reply. One real price. The flagship multi-day tour, run by the same operators Viator uses.
